Ini dia ada yang Keren dari Los Angeles, California, SICK ! Band Brutal Death Dengan Low Guttural Gurgling Slamming Attack Horrified !, nama bandnya simple : SICK, dan bukan nama yang sama dengan band Black Metal asal Franklin, Pennsylvania loh, terbentuk sejak Tahun 2005 dengan mengusung Brutal Death Metal Sadis dengan sentuhan Slamming Part ciamik dan permainan yang Dinamis sangat mengingatkan gw akan keganasan nama Artery Eruption ( Pada Raw Soundingnya ), Devourment, Cinerary, Mortician, dan Malignancy. yeahh .... Each slam hits with a little more force than any found on Sick previous releases, and this is largely due to the guitars. Right from the start, it is slam after slam, with the standout element of each slam by far the said instrument. While the ideas that Grant brings have all been explored before, they haven’t been explored with the personality and mental depravity that he brings us. His slams may be generic, but he manipulates them to kick much arse. First-rate guitars, no shit about it. sejak gebrakan awal Ep ini gw langsung memang menangkap Karakteristik Sounding dan Style Artery Eruption banget ! Pesona Low Guttural Gurgling Vocalis Joel memang Terdengar Parau banget mengingatkan akan Almarhum Wayne Knupp-nya Devourment. dengan komposisi musik yang dinamis mendekati gaya teknikal ala Malignancy, kualitas EP ini memang terdengar Raw,tapi sangat menendang ! The drumming is also the usual quirky Sick style – a barrage of relentless blasting and cymbal-smashing, always just a smidge out of time with the rest of the music, but this just enhances the peculiar sound we have come to expect from this sadistic. He also shows that he can play a tune that isn’t ridiculously fast, or that isn’t a slam, with his performance on Utilize All Holes possibly being the standout element of the entire Ep. liat bagaimana skill Drummer Adrian Lira yang sebelumnya adalah mantan Drummer band Brutal Dissilency begitu atraktif memainkan perannya seperti Mantan Drummer Cool Devourment, Brad Fincher begitu sangat mempengaruhi skill-nya, terutama bagaimana ia melakukan Pukulan Snare fenomenal dari berbagai skill lebih terdengar manusiawi tanpa mendapat polesan Teknik Digital. This is real Drummer !! 5 Track Rekaman Gress ini bisa sangat membuktikan kualitas Sick saat ini memang lebih dasyat dari 2 Demo sebelumnya, lebih Powerfully dan Dinamis ! mengingatkan juga dengan era Ep " Motivated by Hunger " nya Malignancy sekali. They play tech-death with crazy grind core elements and ridiculous breakdowns. But they do not accept the formula, and they write in their own unique and utterly unmistakable way, and this album is no exception. In fact, I think this one is their best. Not only does it have all the hall marks of a great Malignancy album like intense crazy shredding, sicker than words drumming, pinch harmonics, odd time signature blasting and breakdowns, just pure insanity riffage and weird accentuation, but they also meld it all perfectly together to form a truly strong and digestible version of death/grind. Even though they are so weird and un-orthodox, it is still palatable. sayang Kualitas recordingnya mungkin terdengar Raw untuk telinga 2000 hahaha .... tapi seandainya lebih Clean lagi, Gw berani jamin, Sick akan semakin menjadi Ancaman Serius dimasa mendatang ! nothing gets lost in the mix, and there's still some rawness left. Still, it's not really as truly abrasive as their "Intrauterine Cannibalism" album, but clearer. I prefer the grym rawness, but that may just be me. setelah 5 lagu, Permeated Records menambahkan 4 lagu dari demo " Exsanguination Through Mutilation " guna menambah Durasi Ep ini menjadi lebih lama. nah dari sini coba bandingkan sendiri bagaimana konsep yang mereka usung sangat berbeda dengan 5 lagu baru sebelumnya. namun memang sudah dari situ sudah terdengar banyak kualitas band ini siap berbahaya kedepannya deh. This is a severely punishing release by the most angry, mentally depraved slammers out there, with the cunt-melting brutality offset by disturbing intros and samples, and a pleasant surprise on the seven minute album closer ‘Outro’. This genre is chock-a-block full of poser bands with bullshit releases, but Sick is a refreshing rib-crusher that reminds you exactly what this genre is meant to be. With its chunky slams, life-depleting aggression and tendency to leave you sore from a whole-body headbanging experience, this is completely awesome. Band ini juga Punya Logo yang keren, namun sayang Artwork Gory Sadisnya tersamar hanya menjadi Background saja, dan entah apa maksudnya. Although it is quite funny to hear that slut sayin "give me those cocks, one in the pink and one in the stink!!" hahah but that doesnt make it a good EP. terlalu sayang untuk dilewatkan bagi fans Artery Eruption, Malignancy, Mortician, Devourment, dan Cinerary coy !!!!
