Album baru ini juga telah menunggu lama sejak Album terakhir " In Sorte Diaboli " tahun 207, band ini terlalu disibukkan dengan jadwal Tour Padat dan pergantian Formasi, sebuah album yang langsung mengundang penasaran Gw untuk langsung memutarnya begitu Gw dapat. dengan Track " Xibir " Dimmu Borgir menampilkan sebuah Orchesthra Horror yang dimainkan oleh Kringkastingsorkestret atau The Norwegian Radio Orchestra oleh pimpinan Konduktor Gaute Storaas dikolaborasikan dengan The Schola Cantorum Choir, sehingga nuansa Horror, Mistik Hingga Gothic begitu terasa sekali dalam 02:50 menit Intro album ini, setelah itu " Born Treacherous " langsung meluncur dengan Nada2 Riff yang bergaya Alternative Rock, menggunakan Rythym yang begitu simple sebelum digeber dengan irama Ngebut kegelapan Khas band ini, Sentuhan Keyboard yang bak menjadi Instrumen pendukung Nuansa Horror dan kegelapannya terus memenuhi Aransemen Musik.
