Meskipun Band ini sendiri asli berasal dari Schwäbisch Gmünd, Baden-Württemberg, Jerman yang eksis sejak 2011 lalu lebih mencoba condong untuk mempopulerkan kembali gaya Old School Death Metal dengan Sentuhan Kuat Gothenburg Sound In the Vein Dismember era " Like an Ever Flowing Stream ", Entombed, Carnage, Grave hingga sentuhan Doomy Death Metal-nya Autopsy. hanya di motori oleh 2 frontman saja pada proses rekamannya, ada Maggesson yang memainkan posisi Drum dan Lead Guitar serta Haubersson yang merangkap 3 alat musik Guitars, Bass, dan Vocals. " Manifested Darkness " ini menjadi Full album ke-2nya sejak Album pertama " Deathevokation " Tahun 2012 lalu. On an atmospheric level, Manifested Darkness is actually quite successful, and this comes largely through the contrast of the churning low end guitar patterns and the economy of melody which hovers alluringly below the monolithic crush. Leads are minimalistic zips and zags that often erupt over a groove, but I did not feel as if anything were missing by leaving out the impulse to shred ceaselessly. meskipun tidak mengalami kesulitan pada proses rekamannya yang ditangani oleh Enjiner kawakan dan kondang, Dan Swanö, Revel in Flesh kembali melahirkan masterpiece mereka di tahun 2013 ini dengan konsis mengusung irama Old School Death Metal awal 90-an dalam komposisi sound yang lebih modern. " Revel in Flesh " menjadi Hit Anthemic untuk diluncurkan pada urutan awal lagu langsung tampil cepat pada elemen beat yang dipadukan dengan Gothenburg Sound kental pula dengan sentuhan melodiusnya. Low Growl Haubersson mendominasi hampir menjadi karakter Growling tajam dan sesekali Melengkingkan Middle Scream Insane-nya. Pukulan Drummer Maggesson yang mengkomposisi Aransemen Guitar Utama-nya cukup menjalankan tugasnya dengan baik pula. The atmosphere worked for me, and occasionally I found my neck trembling against the voluminous force of the production, but little outright headbanging ensued.
