Century Media Records sepertinya masih memiliki Hak Eksklusif untuk beberapa rilisan Cryptopsy meskipun Band Brutal Technical Death Metal paling terkenal sepanjang sejarah ini sudah tidak bersama Label Metal mapan ini. dan seperti bukan kebanyakan album kompilasi track terbaik band, Kompilasi album The Best Track ini memang untuk yang pertama kalinya bagi Jagoan Death Metal Paling ngebut asal Montreal, Quebec, Kanada yang eksis sejak tahun 1992 berangkat dengan nama awal sebagai Necrosis. Cryptopsy had always been a chaotic, loosely organized, death band, with this release they turned into a crazy, cerebral, uncontrollable death band. Heavy-bassy guitars launching a full-scale technical jazzlike death metal assault. Cryptopsy is back with its trademark brutal technical riffing mixed with its head-banging chugging, but this time around there’s no Lord Worm. Is this a bad thing? Well, it depends… dan tertarik banget kalo Gw pengen menulis tentang album Kompilasi double CD ini, coz ada beberapa materi menarik dan Eksklusif didalamnya yang belum pernah gw denger sebelumnya sebagai fans berat Cryptopsy ! dan ini seperti sebuah Rangkuman perjalanan Karir band yang dihadirkan lebih " Hidup " dan bagaimana kita merespon setiap Progresi Musikalitas band ini dari awal hingga sekarang. dimana para musisi Ultra Dasyat mencoba menggabungkan kegilaannya untuk menggeber Death Metal Style lebih cepat yang belum pernah terpikirkan oleh band2 lainnya sehingga Konsep ini menjadi Inspirasi penting bagi perkembangan Genre metal itu sendiri, Well Cryptopsy memang is The Best dah !! hehehehe ... Ok Gw mulai dari CD pertama sebagai "16 Stabwounds ", karena ada track " Boden, A Graceful Demise dan Holodomor " yang memang sebelumnya belum pernah dirilis oleh Label-nya Century Media Records, coz ini mungkin memang track yang ga terpakai untuk dirilis, track " Boden " memang Menawarkan kekejaman Cryptopsy yang pernah direkam tahun 2011, dengan Komposisi Musik yang tetap liar dan Brutal, sayang banget memang kalo track ini ga dipublikasikan oleh Century Media, begitu juga dengan " A Graceful Demise dan Holodomor ", I often find myself dozing away, day dreaming when I listen to this cd. I just loose my concentration on the music because, even though its brutal, fast and really good, it doesn’t have that aggression and creativity they had on “none so vile”. I always get pulled back though, because every one of their songs has at least one kick-ass chugging moment. a technical edge (particularly in the department of drums), but the emphasis was still squarely in the realm of death metal. dan setelah itu, Cryptopsy juga memberikan Penghormatan kepada nama Sesepuh mereka, Strapping Young Lad " Oh My Fucking God " dari the Covering 20 Years Of Extremes CM Anniversary compilation yang dirilis Tahun 2008, dengan karakter yang lebih brutal dan Liar, gw jamin Devin Townsend bakalan kelabakan untuk menyanyikannya hahahaha, kemudian Track selanjutnya " Worship Your Demons, Silence the Tyrants dan The Headsmen " diambil dari materi Album Ke-6 " The Unspoken King " tahun 2008, lalu " Carrionshine, The Pestilence That Walketh in Darkness (Psalm 91: 5-8) dan Endless Cemetary " tentunya sudah ga asing lagi untuk Album ke-5 " Once Was Not " tahun 2005, dimana Cryptopsy berhasil menampilkan kembali Vokalis Fenomenal Pertama-nya yang sukses dialbum " None So Vile ", Lord Lorm setelah Cryptopsy melakukan reunian pada Rilisan DVD " Trois-Rivières Metalfest IV " tahun 2005, meski menjadi bagian penting dalam sejarah karir Cryptopsy, Lord Worm sendiri tetap mendukung Cryptopsy walau dirinya sudah tidak memiliki Power bernyanyi lagi diband bentukannya ini. kemudian Pengganti Lord Worm era " None So Vile " kemudian sempat tergantikan oleh sosok Vokalis Enerjik Mike Disolvo pada track " Bleed, Soar and Envision Sore Vision dan Voice of Unreason " era album ke-4 " And Then You'll Beg " tahun 2000 album Paling Dasyat milik Cryptopsy sekaligus album terakhir Mike Disolvo bareng Crytopsy. new vocalist Mike DiSalvo has a more hardcore sounding vocal. Nonetheless still deep sounding, it’s quite a bit different from Lord Worm’s. Worm was deep to the point where it was almost unintelligible and DiSalvo is kinda deep but you could make out what he’s saying. All its gonna be in the end is that its just a matter of taste. I personally don’t really give a shit, as long as its not clean I’m cool with the vocals, although I do prefer Lord Worm’s vocals better. itulah kesan beberapa Editor media begitu mendengar Progresi Karakter Vokal Baru-nya. dan masih mengingat era kekejaman enerjik vokalis Mike Disolvo untuk pertama kalinya bareng Cryptopsy, Track ampuh " Cold Hate, Warm Blood, White Worms dan Emaciate " adalah sajian berikutnya dari album ke-3 " Whisper Supremacy " tahun 1998 dimana untuk pertama kalinya juga Cryptopsy mendapat Kontrak 5 album bersama Century Media. This album feels a lot like riding in a sports car while the driver accelerates then slams on the brakes then accelerates again then brakes again ad nauseum. Other death metal bands aim to catch the listener off-guard with dissonance, unusual time signatures, et cetera, but relatively few are this purposely uncomfortable to listen to. There are at least a few death metal bands that have succeeded in packing in even more rapid song transitions and wild structure than Cryptopsy do on this album while still maintaining a better sense of melody (if not in the conventional sense) and generating a powerful, dark atmosphere. On the other hand, the best reason to listen to Whisper Supremacy is probably to congratulate yourself for being able to stand up to it and follow along. Disentangling these compositions can be entertaining if approached from the right frame of mind, but for the most part, I say stick with the old stuff. Still, it’s better than where they went later! ok sekarang ganti gw Puter untuk CD ke-2 nya sebagai "Bury The Past Alive" nih hehehe, sedikit tadi CD pertama gw nostalgia dengan beberapa perjalanan karir Awal Cryptopsy hehehe ... dan CD ke-2 ini langsung dimulai dengan Track paling Fenonemal Cryptopsy banget, " Phobophile !!! ", so sapa sih fans Cryptopsy yang ga kenal banget ma nih lagu ??? Fans Cryptopsy Palsu paling hahahaha ... ada 2 lagu lagi " Slit Your Guts dan Crown of Horns " yang dicomot dari Album penting sepanjang sejarah Cryptopsy " None So Vile " tahun 1996, meski Century Media Records bukan Perilis pertama album Fenomenal ini, namun Wrong Again records telah melisensi Penuh untuk rilisan ini kepada Century Media Records sesaat kemudian label yang dikelola oleh anak2 Deranged ( Swedia ) ini gulung tikar, dan masih terus Flashback lagi, Materi Album pertama Cryptopsy " Blasphemy Made Flesh " tahun 1994 yang aslinya dirilis oleh Invasion Records ini mendapat lisensi resmi kepada Century Media dan Displeased Records, dan " Defenestration dan Abigor " adalah Track paling dikenalnya. kemudian track selanjutnya adalah " Open Face Surgery, Graves of the Fathers / Drum Solo dan Shroud " dicomot dari album Live Cryptopsy " None So Live " tahun 2003 dimana untuk pertama kalinya Pengganti Vokalis Mike Disolvo tergantikan oleh Martin Lacroix dari Band Spasme untuk pertama kalinya Mengisi Posisi Lowong ini namun sayang Martin Lacroix tidak pernah ikut dalam proyek album selanjutnya. dan kesempatan ini gw untuk pertama kalinya mendengar solo drum Flo Mounier yang Killer abis itu skill-nya ! this Really A Most Fucking Amazinggg !!!!!! dan kemudian track " Born Headless dan Slit Your Guts " juga diambil dari penampilan Panggung band, dengan kualitas recording yang lebih Keren dan Jernih lagi gw bisa merasakan kedasyatan Cryptopsy diatas panggung, dan 2 lagu ini diambil dari Japanese live bonus tracks untuk album " And Then You'll Beg " tahun 1999 yang dilisensikan kepada Label Victor Entertainment. lalu " Cold Hate, Warm Blood - Live dan We Bleed " masih diambil dari rekaman Live stage band, yang dicomot dari Live DVD / Japanese bonus tracks untuk album " Once Was Not " tahun 2004 untuk Pasaran jepang. dan yang keren belum pernah gw dengerin sebelumnya adalah beberapa rekaman Rehearsal Studio era penggarapan Materi CD " Whisper Supremacy " tahun 1998 yaitu untuk lagu " White Worms, Loathe, Depths You've Fallen dan Cold Hate, Warm Blood ", namanya aja rekaman Rehearsal, kesan Raw memang sarat terdengar dominan disini, mungkin Materi ini yang digunakan Cryptopsy untuk menawarkan demo kepada Century Media. kompilasi ini hadir dalam format Rilisan Digital yang dapat dibeli secara Down to Pay aja, elo bisa menikmati sajian lebih dari 140 menit perjalanan liar brutal Cryptopsy banget !, artwork kover karya Toshihiro Egawa dan desain sleeve Booklet-nya digarap oleh Adrien Begrand-nya Decibel Magazine, semua materi telah dimastering ulang sehingga mendengarkannya menjadi lebih mantap aja nih hehehehe, so Fans Cryptopsy yang agak telat untuk beberapa Rilisan Cryptopsy, album kompilasi ini kayaknya bisa menjadi solusi tepat semuanya. complex piece of work this time around. I'd go as far to say that this is one of the most impressive pieces of music ever just from a musician's standpoint. I don't think there's any way to really know until you actually listen to it. I know I said that the vocals ruin it but I'm still able to listen to this album to appreciate the obvious amounts of time poured into producing this. I also know that people say there are tempo changes and riff switches just to be technical but if you listen to it reeeaallly closely, you realize that there is something connecting the song where it isn't just scattershot playing. Anyway, I think I've rambled enough.
