Sebagai salah satu Diehard Fans Materi awal era " Considered Dead " dan " The Erosion of Sanity ", nama GORGUTS, sangat ga bisa melepaskan Kesan angker-nya begitu menyebut 2 rilisan TDM Hebat tersebut disamping menjadi salah satu Pioner DM paling disegani di Scene Kanada, nama Gorguts seperti melekat bagai magnet hebat. kemudian dalam evolusi musikal berikutnya, Gorguts menawarkan Warna TDM yang berbeda lagi dengan sentuhan elemen Avant Garde menginjak album " Obscura " yang diikuti oleh " From Wisdom to Hate " sebelum akhirnya Band pimpinan Frontman Luc Lemay harus membubarkan diri tahun 2005. sementara Luc Lemay masih terlalu asyik dengan progres Musikal-nya ke warna Avant Garde DM, melanjutkan obsesi lama-nya sejak aktif di Gorguts, Negativa !
